With a footprint of just 14' by 6'-6", the Ernford is the smallest of all our homes. The living area contains our typical two floor-to-ceiling closet/shelving units, two armchairs, a gas fire heater, and a partially vaulted ceiling. This home, like the PB-63 and the Berneil, contains the optional wall-mounted folding table for all your fine dining needs.
An unusual feature of this home is the location of the bathroom – it’s sandwiched between the kitchen and the living area! This allows the kitchen to make use of the gable end wall for the fridge, cook-top, cabinets etc.
Possibly the best feature of this home is the loft. The barn style roof increases the amount of vertical and horizontal space in the loft. It also contains two half-round windows, space for a queen sized mattress, and ample storage due to the living area only having a partially vaulted ceiling.
